Meet Encore

Jamie first met Encore when he was a few months old. He was bred by Jamie’s friend Connie, who owns Encore’s father (the same black stallion who fathered Carson and Rachel and who is grandfather to Maggie) and owned his mother (a gorgeous black Straight Egyptian Arabian mare; Jamie was with Connie when she bought her). Jamie spotted Encore for sale on DreamHorse.com. He was in Idaho, and the price his owner was asking put him in danger of being purchased for slaughter. So Jamie bought him and brought him to Pennsylvania. We hope to have him under saddle in the coming months. Encore is a black, 14.3-hand, registered purebred Arabian gelding born in 2009.
